Common questions

Out of the box: Coban GPS103, Teltonika FMB/FMC, Queclink GTRTO/GTBSI, Meitrack MT, TK103, Concox/GT06, Sinotrack, plus more than 200 other tracker brands and models. Bought a tracker we have not listed? We connect it for you at no extra cost, with no new hardware. You can also send any maker's SMS commands to your devices.

You see every vehicle move as it happens. The map and dashboards refresh themselves every few seconds, and each vehicle shows how fresh its last report is. If a tracker loses signal in a dead zone, the missing trail fills in automatically the moment it reconnects, so your history never has holes.

Five roles are pre-installed with permissions configured: Fleet Manager, Dispatcher, Driver, Maintenance Technician and Finance Officer. Each role sees a curated workspace. You can edit permissions, add new roles or compose role profiles for staff who wear multiple hats.

It's the same system. Classibus is built on a battle-tested ERP backbone. Vehicles are also Assets. Fuel is a Purchase Receipt against a Supplier. The Chart of Accounts shows live debit, credit and balance per account, rolled up to group totals, with every entry linked back to the vehicle and cost centre that incurred it.

Yes. Engine stop or resume, arm or disarm, request a position, set the reporting interval, listen, calibrate fuel, reboot, factory reset and more. Classibus speaks each tracker's own language behind the scenes, so you press one button and the right command reaches the device. And for anything unusual, you can send any command by SMS from the console.
